  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    15-Day Return Policy:

    Any items besides custom made wooden bats can be returned within 15 days of purchase and buyer has to pay for return shipping. Custom wooden bats can not be returned unless the issue is due to a manufacturing error. All items must be returned without being used to receive the full refund or credit.

    Culjak Bats currently ship our products in all Western U.S. states: which includes Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah and Washington. Culjak Bats does not ship internationally.

    Each individual shipment includes a $15 fee to cover shipment costs.
